Lucky Chance is a 8 mo old male brindle american pitbull/mastiff mix young adult/pupy. He is brindle color with white on his chest and paws. He looks like a pitbull but is not as stocky, he is more slender. The vet thinks somewhere in his parents bloodline he had some german shepard in them because he just looks like the pit and will be tall like a mastiff but skinnier. He was socialized as a puppy but because of his energetic spirit and play nibbling in the faces of other dogs has made my mother nervous to have him around other dogs, which is a shame because he loves kids and animals. We are looking for a family with older children who can handle his energy but he would be okay with younger children if surpervised. He jumps alot (be careful around small children who can be knocked down) and being part mastiff loves to be around ppl so he can be a pest sometimes, so definately some obedience training and resocializing him and lots of time, energy, and mostly patience would be a plus. He is a quick learner and eager to please, so he would learn quickly. He was found abandoned in a box in the snow when he was only 5 weeks old. I took care of him until he was 5 mos old and is now being fostered by my mother. He is potty trained, but not cratetrained. He is fixed, chipped, dewormed, and up to date on all his shots. His next distemper and rabies shot will be due in a couple months, all he needs is a licence before he turns a year old and a loving forever home. So, if you would give this dog a "Chance", you would be very "Lucky" to get this dog, he would make a lovely addition to your home and family. You can see Lucky at the website address listed below.
