| | | These twin Alpine-Saanen cross does are sweet girls. They were bottle-raised by my children and are super gentle. Grand and reserve champion dairy goats in both 4-H and Open Class Grays Harbor County Fair 2010. These girls are ready to be bred and begin milking. The Saanen breed produces the most milk on average (about 1 gallon a day), and tends to have a lower butterfat content, about 2.5%--3.0%. Alpine goats are also heavy milkers; the milk can be made into butter, cheese, soap, ice cream or any other dairy product that cow's milk can produce. DOB 2/14/2010 Asking $300 each; $500 for both.
