Liberty is a three year old, 90 lb, female German Shepherd (Black saddle, over tan in color). I rescued her from the Humane Society in November of 2011. She is loving, lively, quarky, and energetic. She is extremely affectionate and well mannered with me; she was this way immediately after coming home from the Humane Society. Unfortunately, since I've had her I noticed she is having issues with my apartment- she simply does not have enough space and no room of her own outside (we don't have a yard). I also work long hours and she does not do well with only one visit during the day at lunch. She is fairly trained; she will sit and stay and will sit, with encouragement when people pass by on walks- she is extremely motivated by food. She is housebroken, but occasionally has accidents, especially on long days (5+hours); she knows it's wrong though.
Liberty is getting better with me being gone for up to 5 hours at a time; she was anxious at first, but is learning to be alone. I think she would do better with more space, a yard, and someone who is around more.
I am offering Liberty with a bed, toys, bowls, a brush, leash, collar, and up to date vet records. | | | | | | | | | | | |
