NATIONAL GOLF SALES MANAGER POSITION
12 Year Old Golf Industry Service Company seeking a National Sales Manager to grow Golf Course Marketing & Tournament Services participation & revenues
Requirements:
Candidate should be dedicated, driven, entrepreneurial, stable, professional, coachable, ambitious, competitive with past golf industry experience. Only those seriously interested in building and being able to effectively manage a national sales organization should apply.
Candidate should be knowledgeable and informative about the golf service industry. As part of the Management Team, assist in developing sales staff and work in concert with Marketing Director and Business Manager
Be a self-starter, good communicator, be respectful and have a plan to manage a contributing staff of partners, be responsible and oversee the entire sales effort while maximizing our lead generation program.
Understand the benefits of a methodical marketing approach that relies heavily on measured results and an organization that believes in success for our contributing partners as the number one priority. Be computer savvy using Word, all social media and Skype.
Candidate must be able to motivate and train our partner group to “introduce and invite” prospects to learn more about the benefits our service provides and conduct sales training webinars weekly.
Some paid travel required.
Compensation:
Commission, overrides, profit sharing, six figure income obtainable, earned ownership possible for the right candidate.
