Freak Jump Technique Review – How to Improve Vertical Jump
Would you like to start learning how to improve your
vertical jump ability quickly with the Freak Jump Technique? The traditional advice given by
coaches that all the people who are looking for a way to jump higher is to
"work hard" and hope that you eventually succeed. Yet, there are also
a couple of programs that had promised to add inches to my vertical jump
quickly, all of which proved to be useless junk. This program really caught my
attention and I decided to contact some of the people who were successful with
it before trying it out for myself.
this Freak Jump Technique and Can You Really Trust Him?
The name of this coaching program is Adam
Linkenauger. As his own personal experience, he wasn't born with a great jump
and yet has been able to fully develop his hopping ability in a relatively
short space of time. During his high school years, he was training every single
day in order to reach his goal of being able to jump higher.
He made the decision the he
was going to learn how to dunk. As compared to his teammates, he was definitely
considered one of the smaller sized players and needed to do something to make
an impression in the team.
What is the Freak Jump Technique Designed to Help You to Do?
All of Adam's hard work and training was not bringing
his any results, and that was when he discovered that achieving a higher and
better jump was not all about hard work. As a former NCAA Div 1 high jumper
now, Adam wants to teach others who are interested that jumping higher is
simply about tweaking the jump technique properly and them training right with
it afterwards. There is certainly a lot of attention on this program now as
Adam has started to become more heard of in the sporting world.
Is the Freak
Jump Technique Suitable for Everyone?
After learning from this Freak Jump Technique
program, I know that training the wrong way yields absolutely no results and it
is almost as good as not training at all. Instead of training hard, I have
instead learned to train smart and changed my jumping technique completely,
something which I never imagined to be the problem before. If you have bad
jumping technique, you should definitely stop with your training and evaluate
your technique to see if it will help to get you where you want to go.
