The way that you use lucid dreaming binaural beats will dramatically affect your experience and your success rate. Even though binaural beats make it way easier to lucid dream, it still takes a small amount of effort to ensure you get the best experience. If you search the web you will find vasts amounts of lucid dreaming techniques. Some work great while others don't. I have tried almost all of them and created what I call the Ace Technique. This technique has been extremely successful for me and everyone else that I have taught it to.
Before attempting the Ace Technique there are a few things you should do. If you are using lucid dreaming binaural beats then it's not necessary to do these things but definitely recommended if you want to have the quicker.
In order for this technique to work properly you must use lucid dreaming binaural beats. They are designed to put your brainwave frequencies in the exact pattern for lucid dreaming. In order for them to work you have to wear headphones. Binaural beats play two separate frequencies in each ear in order to entrain the brain and this only works if you are wearing headphones.
The night before you want to lucid dream you should have your binaural beat recording easily available next to you. Set your alarm to wake you up after you have been sleeping 6 hours or 2 hours before you plan to wake up and start your day. When your alarm goes off then get up and do something that keeps your mind active for 10 minutes. I find that reading a book or writing in my dream journal is most effective but anything that keeps you busy will do. Try not to watch TV because that requires no thinking and does not wake up your mind.
