Similar to one of my other articles on “How to spice up your relationships!” I’m going to go into a more practical and a more scientific approach to this article on how to improve your relationship.
The reason why I plan on using this approach is because, improving a relationship is more like taking your relationship from one level to another using practical means, whereas spicing up a relationship would be finding creative ways to make your relationship better and more interesting.
So one of the number one rule to get started in improving relationship would be to focus on communication. Communication with him and her would be extremely crucial at this point. Or depending on where you are in the relationship.
If you have been dating for a long time now, you may have already know how to put two and two together as to knowing that your communication with him or her should be at a higher level than ever before.
However if the relationship is still brand new, just have fun and get to know each other almost like friend, other than that you need to really work on the communication as a practical and scientific method of bring the relationship to the next level.
Anther one would be knowing what she or he likes and banking on things to talk about and things to get for her or for him as a present. Now getting a present for him or her might not necessarily be the best approach for improving in a relationship early on, but I guess if you two are someone materialistic maybe it might work for a while.
As long as you to agree that your love is more important than what you guys buy for each other. Spending time with her or him might be way more valuable than buying her or him gifts all the time. So this will lead into my third point on how to improve your relationship.
Spending more time with him or her. It’s true that the more time you spend with a person, the more they will respect you. That same goes for relationships and dating. Sometime it shows that you truly care about them. Because we know that time is more valuable than money or just getting them a gift trying to show them that you care.
Just spent some time with them, this will definitely improve the relationship. And to take it one step farther, spend quality time. This means make sure you two benefit greatly with the time that you spend together.
Also you should point out how much you love him or her and who it by appreciating what they are good at and what they are talented in.
I remember when I was going to the university and I met this girl who fell in love with me, because she saw that I had a bright future ahead of me. I was always busy learning how to be more successful in creative thinking and in business. I was planning my future diligently, apparently she saw that it was a powerful characteristic that every man should have.
Now how much more should we value this in a relationship. If you can value someone’s ability and talent and see how you can help them with it, it can totally go a long way in improving the relationship you have with that person.
I can give even powerful tips that can improve a relationship, but I better keep it for another article, maybe I will call it part two. However in the meanwhile you should look for other creative ways in which you can improve a relationship.
Maybe even talk to him or her to discuss, how we can bring this relationship to the next level. Not that it’s very urgent, but you should be well informed in you communication with one another to decide when to go to the next level.
