Looking for someone who can take an “up” and make the sale. Computer skills are a must. You should possess extraordinary phone skills as well. Everyone who walks on the lot get’s approved. No wasted energy fooling around with ups that won't get bought, if they can fog a mirror they're approved. All you need to do is sell, sell, sell and occasionally eat lunch. Accepting the role of sales manager is by far one of the most challenging positions within an organization.
