| | | My dog is a female german shepherd mix. Her name is Zasha and she is 1 and 1/2 years old. She is the sweetest dog you could ever imagine but she has some anxiety issues. She is VERY intellegent and learns commands very easily but has troubles when she is left alone. Her biggest problem is her whining. when we leave her at home in the backyard, she is so afraid to be alone that she cries, alot. She obeys extremely well while she is in the house and has someone with her but she just doesnt like being left alone. she doesnt have a chewing problem and we can trust her in the house at night when we are sleeping. she does need toys so she's not bored. i think she has abandonment issues because we got her from a shelter. She doesnt get to meet very many new people and doesnt get to play with other doggies so when she meets new people or sees a new dog she gets overly excited and starts jumping and whining and wont listen when you try to calm her down. She has a lot of energy and just needs to have a great family with a big yard to run around in. I think she would do the best on a farm (because of the whining). She is great with children, cats, and other dogs. She is a great cuddler and thinks she is a lap dog. lol. it breaks my heart to give her away because she has brought me so much joy but i cant give her the constant attention and training that she needs.
