Grace is a beautiful 5 y.o. Quarter horse mare with wonderful conformation, I'm looking to lease her for around 220 a month. She needs an intermediate to an advanced rider, she is not for a beginner as she is a little high spirited at times. The barn has an fairly large arena(5 people can ride comfortably), 2 round pens, around 30 acres of trails in the back, and two turn out areas. I currently board her there for 75 dollars a month, very cheap! However, I get to keep her there for free for feeding 5 horses in the morning on weekdays. So board would not be an expense. I'm 18, I work full time and go to school full time, and now I'm trying to move out on my own. I have lost a lot of the time I had before to spend with my horse, and I do not want her to suffer because of my lack of time. Message me and I can tell you more about the horse or the barn.
