100 acre equine farm. This farm is located in central KY. It is only 1 1/2 minutes off the BG Parkway on the Bourbon Trail between Keeneland and Churchchill Downs. It has everything you could possibly want and very affordable. Property lays flat to gently rolling. Hay is baled every year for all livestock. The barn has 32 stalls which include foaling stalls as well as 12x12 stalls. Has room for 60 stalls. There are 3 separate gangways. Has a Walker arena, Wash Bays, and Blacksmith shop. Barn is approx 250x200. The farm also has its own training track with a 1/2 mile track. The rail came from Ellis Park-- Surface is good for track and is in grass. There are 2 enormous Bass ponds which are fully stocked. They are located in the infield. There are also other ponds and creeks throughout the property. Adjacent to the horse barn is another barn which is used for hay and equipment storage. The views of property are beautiful. It is extremely private but close to everything.
Will rent stalls for $150.00 per month (self care) There is extra charge for track. >>But upkeep and maintenance of the track would be your responsibility.
