USAGE INCLUDES SETUP, TAKEDOWN & TRAINING INCLUDES INFIELD CAMPING SPOT COME ONLY TO ENJOY THIS EXCITING RACE WEEKEND
Timing: This spectacular "Motorhome Rental Package" begins 5:00pm Thursday May 23, 2013 through Monday May 27, 2013. All times are EST. Must depart on Monday May 27, 2013 by 9:00 AM. Motorhome Details: 40'Luxury Damon Escaper, two slides with Heat and AC. Amenities include all bedding, fresh sheets, pillows, microwave, side by side refrigerator/freezer and private bath. Sleeping accommodations are for 3 couples or 5 individuals. This Coach has one queen bed in the master stateroom, a queen sofa bed in the main salon, a dinette conversion to standard bed, a J-Lounger and one fold out bunk bed. This Coach has 3 TV's and one TV on the outside viewing platform. National Direct TV Coverage is included in this package. Standard Outside amenities with this Coach include 6 chairs, 2 large coolers, patio carpet, 2 tables, commercial gas grill and utensils. Direct TV for race viewing. Gas grill, 5 chairs, patio carpet and table are also provided. This Motorhome has now been upgraded with an outside entertainment door with 32" LCD TV and sound system. We have also added a professionally manufactured / installed viewing platform for 5 persons, 22" LCD TV, 4 chairs, flag pole, drink holders and large platform umbrella. Diesel Fuel & Generator Usage: All included in this Rental Package. This package also includes "one tank" fresh water supply of 109 gallons. Sanitation disposal is the responsibility of the renter.

Rates will vary if Motorhome is placed on your lot. Please call for details.
Other:
- Payment must be made via Company Check, Money Order or Cashier Check.
- Must sign a standard a standard motorhome rental agreement prior to occupancy.
- Must have a valid drivers license and be at least 25 years of age
- A $1000.00 refundable security deposit will hold this Motorhome rental.
- Balance due 45 days prior to your arrival & occupancy.
- Security deposits will be refunded at time of departure, pending no damage was found on Motorhome.
- No refunds with less than 30 days cancellation.
- This Motorhome cannot be moved or leave the Speedway.
- Autos must remain in your designated Parking Zone.
- Must follow rules and regulations established by Charlotte Motor Speedway and will be responsible for such.
- Rental sales tax will be added to all rental rates.
