We have a beautiful American Staffordshire Terrier, a special pitbull breed, she's absolutely gorgeous and sweet, she turned 2 years old in January. Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I live in the city of Syracuse and have finally realized that we can't give Carmella the best possible life she could have. We both work full-time and she requires so much attention in order to tire her out so she'll calm down. We are also quite probably moving down South within the next 4-6 months and would not be able to take her with us. What Carmella needs is to run more, she needs to live somewhere where's there's more land, we think she'd be great with you if you had another dog/s and we realize also that Carmella may require some obedience training. We know she is trainable because one thing she does very well is heel on the leash when we walk her. Her problem we believe is that she is a highly energetic dog by breed and she herself as a dog in general that she requires more exercise and attention than we both reluctantly don't have the time to give her. We absolutely love our dog Carmella and will be extremely sad to see her go to another family. That's why you must be the perfect family to get her and we will be doing rigorous evaluations of different families who are interested. Carmella is COMPLETELY non-aggressive, she always just wants to play. She wants to play with our cat but the cat doesn't like Carmella in her face and swats at her. If Carmella was a person, we'd consider her a "Close Talker!" You must live either in the suburbs or the country with ample land for Carmella to run and play. We will not consider anyone that lives in the city. Again, we love our dog and are just trying to do right by her so please no emails with put downs or any emails with links to other sites you can sell your dog on. We will ask a small re-homing fee to insure seriousness and sincerity. Please right back to my email with a description of you and your family if you have one, your home situation and what you'd intend to do to help Carmella adjust to a new home. If you have other dogs, please mention that, we might need to schedule a doggy meeting and if you have kids. She's great with kids. I only want positive, pro-Carmella emails. If you respond with spam I will not respond nicely, I'm trying to find a new suitable home for the dog my boyfriend and I love, this is a hard thing to do. Now we've realized it's what's best for her at this time. Thanks again for reading and considering Carmella.
