We have a Barn we are looking to rent, we just purchased property and do not have horses at the time. We are in the process of cleaning up after the previous owners.
The Barn is approx 5000 sq ft. has indoor riding arena storage rooms electric, water, 4 pastures avalible 2 have out buildings. There is room for up to 18 stalls I think or less stalls but larger ones, but only 3 are up fully it does need some work price is negotiable for that reason. We would like to rent out the barn as a whole not by the stall. Barn has its own driveway seperate from our house that is on the property, you would be responsible for trash removal, electric and care of your animals if that is what you choose to put in there, you would also need to have your own equipment (tractors ect..) to move manure and ect., there are about 20 acres of trails woods streams.
Rent (price is negotiable and depends on situation) would be monthly and we require a security deposit down along with references.
