| | | AJ is a 15.3h bay TB gelding of finer build for sale as a good home is the number one priority. Positives: Aj has been ridden English and schooled extensively on the flat. He has a willing, positive attitude and understands the concepts of bending, upward and downward transitions, and picks up the correct lead for the canter as well as performs simple lead changes. Aj has been comfortably schooling 2'3-2'6. Honest and confident over jumps; great over cross country. Ridden significantly over numerous trails - not spooky. Loads, clips, bathes, stands quietly for grooming, tacking up and farrier. UTD on all shots and dental. Easy keeper.
Negatives: Cribs, but does not crib with collar on. Slightly head shy as he was beaten over the head in is past life. Has gotten much less head shy and trusting since I have had him and worked with him.
Aj is best for someone looking a enjoy a little of everything - "jack of all trades." Aj partners best with a rider that has a solid seat and quiet, steady hands. He is not recommended for a beginner rider. An intermediate rider or higher would work. Could be a nice Pony Club mount. $2,500. negotiable; as a good, loving home and partnership is #1. Sadly selling because owner is always traveling for work; never home to enjoy him.
