| | | Kee (Kee On Go) is a 16 year old, thoroughbred gelding for sale. Registered through the Jockey Club. Tattooed. 16h Tall. Raced for a little while back in his younger days. Is very broke to ride. Has been riding hunter/jumper for about 6 years now. Competes in the NHJSSC (Nebraska hunter jumper schooling show circuit) shows at the 2ft level. Kee can jump very well, and has only been jumped up to 2'3. Loves to jump! Would be best jumping anywhere from 18in up to 2'3. We have been practicing on gaining some of his lower back muscle for jumping, and teaching him how to get correct distances in between jumps. Learning very well. Kee is very sweet, not a mean bone in his body! Makes a great horse the intermediate to advanced level riders. Would be great as a lesson horse/4-H or personal horse. Not suitable for beginners because he is very forward and is very head strong. Can be stubborn at times, but learns fast and listens well. Great on the flat! Good trot, and canter. Kee knows both of his leads, favoring his right lead more. His left lead can be a struggle but with work he has and will improve on it! Excellent ground manners. Stands, ties, bathes, grooms, clips, stands for the farrier, shoes well, lunges, and loads. Sometimes loading he is unsure of the trailer but overcomes this very fast and walks right on. Kee also has minor arthritis in his back right leg. Never have i had a problem with this and it doestn effect him one bit. Vet says its fine, and that he'll be ride-able and jump-able for a long time to come.
