The "Ads with PayPal" and the "Ads without PayPal" tabs in your account management area filters out just the ads you've placed which have got PayPal payment or donation buttons in them, and the ads which haven't got PayPal buttons in them.

If you have alot of ads, these options are handy to see if you've forgotten to add PayPal buttons into any ads that you intended to put them in.
