I was 22 when I had my first panic attack and from that day on until I was 49 years old I had one or two a day. I bought every book every CD and went to every doctor you could think of. Nothing worked. Then one day I was looking up stuff on anxity and panic attacks on line and I came across Panic Away books and CDs. I bought them knowing they most likely were just a waist of my money. Then I read the book and listened to the CDs. I realized that who ever wrote this book knew what he was talking about because it seemed as if he were writeing a book about me. Then I thought ok he knows alot about this but does he really know how to stop panic attacks? Then I came to the part that tells you how to stop a panic attack and I thought no way how can this simple thing work. I put the book down and later in the day I felt a panic attack comeing on and I thought ok lets try what I read in the book. see what "Panic Away" is all about
So I did and I did what I was told to do and For the first time in my life it stop me from haveing a full panic attack. I still felt all those feelings but they did not mount. So from this day to now I have used what I learned in the Panic Away Method and I can now say I can stop a panic attack from comeing. You have to go over the book and CDs till there engraned in to your memory. You need to know in your heart and beleive it. Because it works, My God it really works. Im not gonna say I'm perfect cause this is something you have to work with as we are prone to not knowing how to deal with stress. But the worst part is over which is the panic. There are no words that I can express to tell how thankfull I am to Barry who wrote this book. I have my life back and to you Barry I pray Gods Blessings for you and your family. God only knows the hell I went though to get to this point. Anyone out there whos thinking about getting this Panic Away method I would tell you its worth more then any amount of money you could pay.
