The Regional Sales Manager, Outside Sales Executive will oversee an exclusive sales territory in your area with a regional population of over 1/2 million and will:
• Direct outside sales / account management team to promote B2B, IT Outsourcing of Business Data, Hosted PBX Phone Systems, Laptop Security and Video Surveillance to the Cloud
• Be responsible for new business development and developing new relationships with prospective clients to ensure sales • Create sales presentations and proposals and negotiate service contracts • Provide weekly sales updates to executive management

The ideal Regional Sales Manager, Outside Sales Exec and Sales Manager will have an assertive, aggressive results-oriented attitude. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will enjoy a flexible schedule with no required evenings or weekends or significant travel. The Regional Sales Manager will direct outside sales activities within an exclusive territory and will participate in other sales management activities such as:
• Meeting with and developing new B2B profit recovery and cash flow solutions for commercial clients in all industries and of all sizes • Leading sales and marketing efforts within regional territory • Providing outstanding customer service to existing and prospective clients to retain, renew, and build sales base • Strategic planning and coordination to further promote, market and sell, IT Outsourcing of Business Data, Hosted PBX Phone Systems, Laptop Security and Video Surveillance to the Clouds
Job Requirements:
The Regional Sales Manager, Outside Sales Exec, will have an entrepreneurial desire to succeed and have a proven track record in sales, outside sales, business development, and sales management. The successful Regional Sales Manager will also have:
• Solid computer skills with internet experience • Experience and ability to deal with executive level business people in a professional manner • Background in recruiting, training, and developing a direct sales team.
Compensation:
• 35% Monthly Residual Income • 401 K Based on reaching $250,000.00 in monthly billable income • 50% Employee Health Care Paid on reaching $250,000.00 in monthly billable income • 100% Company Paid Health Care at $1,000,000.00 in Monthly Billable Income • Leads Supplied in certain markets • Company Training, Printable Marketing Materials, Marketing Videos • Monthly Residuals paid monthly for the life of the contract.
