HE WAS A 2000.00 FATHERS DAY GIFT IN 1998 FROM MY DAUGHTERS -ALL GIRLS !
HE WAS RAISED WITH THEM AND IS SUPER CALM AND MILD MANNERED ..YET IN SUPERIOR HEALTH AND A PROUD ANIMAL TO SAY THE LEAST .. HES A MALE
HE HAS NEVER not one time WENT POTTY IN THE HOUSE IN EITHER FORM !!! PERIOD......... NOT ONCE....... NOT EVER ! HE IS FLEXIBLE ON WALKING TIMES AND WILL HOLD IT TIL YOUR READY FOR UP TO 24 HOURS ! STILL - HAS NEVER HAD AN ACCIDENT IN THE HOUSE EVEN WHEN THAT TIME FRAME HAS PASSED (THO ITS RARE ) HE PREFFERS A LONGER WALK BUT WILL DO HIS BUSINESS IN 10 MINUTES OR LESS...
HE EATS ONCE A DAY ..LIKES SOFT FOOD FOR A WEEK THEN CAT CHOW HARD FOOD FOR A WEEK ,.WILL NOT BEG FOR SCRAPS HOWEVER IF YOU OFFER THEN HE WILL OBLIGE~
LEO IS A MEAT EATER HE LOVES MEAT OF ANY KIND AND CHEESE N Crackers as well...
he was raised with all little girls so hes never so much as growled or barked at a child....... they see him as a little fluffy bear and he soaks up the petting and hugs .. he has got the body of the perfect alpha male with a broad chest and smaller tail section and is a very peaceful dweller..mostly lounging on a cool floor ....and is like i siad proud and sorta prissy in the sense that he will not partake in most animal behaviors ..
first 6 years of his life he thought he was a greyhound running constantly - these past he thinks hes a blood hound - sniffing everything - yes - his life is about his nose .............doesnt hear well or see that good either ..
but, doc insists he will live a long long time .
hes a perfect gentleman in every sense of the word .
i was told by his original doctor he would die by age 9 -hes 12 ish and the new doc says ive done something right cause he shows no signs of ageing other than his long slumbers and he dreams every day as you see his feet twichin and im sure hes running thru a pasture sniffing everything or eating a slab of ribs! he had papers when born however they were lost over the years and i know nothing about how to re-aquire them..i am heart broken about this however ive had a chnge of lifestyle and i must allow someone who can give him more attention thAN I CAN AT THIS POINT IN MY LIFE TO FOSTER HIM OR TAKE HIM ..i require no money - but if hes going to be with someone new we must go thru the motions of making sure hes okay and can deal with the change with as little drama as possible ..also id love to be able to see him now and then for a moment however once hes adjusted it would become obsolete interested parties please give me a call or text 312-834-9476 .. his other option is to live in a cold dark warehouse or to be put to sleep and im looking to give him something better older reserved persons are preffered .. name is tony i will be in the GURNEE LIBERTYVILLE areas right behind great america so some one close by would be fabulous
