The Revolation is a production grade piece of restaurant equipment for bakers, chocolatiers and cup cake companies. I have 12 or so these in stock and they are NEW! The Revolation X 3210 Version 4.6 is the solution for production facilities--built with stainless steel construction and state-of-the-art design and technology. Our acclaimed microprocessor control card ensures tempering and holding chocolate to within 2/10th of a degree. A deceptively space-efficient machine, the Revolation X 3210 can melt and temper a minimum of three, and a maximum of ten pounds of chocolate in about an hour, in so simple a manor that a novice can produce the same breathtaking results as a seasoned chocolatier. Version 4.6 Software focuses on specific high-stress areas of the original machines, designed to operate efficiently under the most demanding of circumstances. Heater On Only-Once a chocolate type is selected, the HEATER will be activated without rotation of the bowl for a 30-minute countdown. Afterwards, the bowl sets into its normal rotation. Customized Heat Control-In order to better control the chocolate's viscosity, the temperature can now be adjusted past 90° F in READY MODE. The new temperature range is from 80°-100° F. Baffle Connection-If the BAFFLE becomes inadvertently disengaged, re-tighten BAFFLE KNOB and the machine resumes its previous mode Please note that shipping and handling is calculated at the web site on check out. Due to the size and the nature of the equipment we do not offer a discount on shipping and handling.
