PS, Ailsa & Myself are doing 7minutes 3 days per week , & finding this great & easy to follow , also the food tracker & menu is awesome inside the back office. I started to do this as my hrs are all over the shop at times & find it hard to commit to a Jim health centre etc., it cost only $1 to try it out for 10days & no I don’t get the dollar , so if your been up & down & following many diets/programs like me as you know, this is worth a good look.
