3. Decrease the fat and develop the muscle mass!

To obtain that excellent physique, you need to develop and gain muscle mass with and excellent diet, exercise and the best supplementation. Cardio exercise will play a valuable part in your workout routine because you will be consuming healthy foods to gain muscle mass and eating more will also increase fat. The best thing is, cardio exercise will burn the extra calories but will not affect or decrease the amount of muscle that you have gained.
