2. Always
remember the universal principle “No pain no gain”!

To develop and gain
muscle mass, you will need to incorporate in your workout routine some
important weight training. Doing some heavy weights with minimal repetitions is
excellent for gaining muscle mass. If you only have a few pounds to burn then
light weight training with lots of repetitions is the most ideal for you. By
alternating among these 2 techniques, you will be able to gain muscle mass and
burn fat all at the same time. You must also maintain a diet low in fat, high
in protein with some carbs for increase energy. Warning, too much carbs can
increase your weight.

3. Decrease
the fat and develop the muscle mass!

To obtain that
excellent physique, you need to develop and gain muscle mass with and excellent
diet, exercise and the best supplementation. Cardio exercise will play a
valuable part in your workout routine because you will be consuming healthy
foods to gain muscle mass and eating more will also increase fat. The best
thing is, cardio exercise will burn the extra calories but will not affect or
decrease the amount of muscle that you have gained.
