Some examples of that type of food are tofu, dried beans, apples, carrots, cinnamon and oats. Healthy eating- not overeating foods that produce estrogen. A diet that is rich in calcium, protein, phosphorous and iron that come from eating fruits, vegetables and nuts can help your boobs grow naturally but will also keep you from gaining excess weight in other areas. Results wont happen overnight. Food, exercise and massage techniques done consistently for 6 to 8 weeks will show results.
Aside from eating the right foods to produce estrogen, there are some great exercises to help your boobs grow and keep you from gaining that excess weight that we mentioned.
* The chest press has been proven to have a direct effect on increasing breast size. The chest press is done by lying on the floor while holding a dubmbell in each hand. The dumbbells should be positioned at the shoulder with your upper arm at a 45 degree angle to the body and your elbows facing forward. Lift the dumbbells forward and upward in a small arc. This is designed to tone and firm the pectoral muscles that are located right beneath the breast. When you firm your pectoral muscles, it lifts and supports the weight of the breast and this makes boobs look and feel larger.

We talked about food and exercise that need to be done but there is also a third factor - Massage
Massaging the breasts does two things that make boobs grow. It increases circulation- Phyloestrogens travel within the blood stream, the more blood flowing to your breasts; the easier it is for them to grow. Massage also produces prolactin. This breast enlarging hormone is triggered by regular stimulation of the nipple and the breast. The best way to massage your breast is by rubbing your hands together fast to generate energy and heat. Place your warm hands (oils help) on your breast. Rub inwards with your hands and continue around your boobs in a circle. Your right hand should circle in a clockwise direction and your left hand will circle counter clockwise. Do between 150 and 250 rubs in the morning and again before bed. This should only take you about 10 minutes each session
