I could not forget the time when I received the news that one of our friends had died from colorectal cancer. It’s been a year since I last meet him and to think that he was so healthy at that time. My friend had undergone a series of pain in the stomach and had gone to the doctor to get everything checked out; they were caught by surprised as they think that it’s only a minor virus. He was so shock when he received the news that he had stage 4 colon cancer and had only months to live. The doctors proved right in their prediction, and my closed friend passed 4 months later at age 30.

It can improve your heart rate up as well as your blood circulation and it has been proven to give excellent overall mental and physical health, and this can lead to the prevention of many diseases such as cancer and heart diseases.
