You’ll find the most popular celebrity workout routines on this page. Learn how your favorite professional athletes, actors, musicians and reality stars train to achieve their lean, ripped and camera-ready bodies. Remember though, that not every celebrity workout routine will be ideal for you. You’ll need to consider where you’re starting from and what exactly needs to be done in order for you to build your ideal body.
For example, to build a body like Cristiano Ronaldo, some guys will need to add lean muscle, while others will need to drop a lot of body fat…and some will need to do both.
Because of the different baseline levels of fitness and body composition, any given person may need to tweak a given celebrity workout routine or even start with a different program altogether, before transitioning to the actual celebrity training regimen listed.

Celebrity Workouts – Movie Stars:
Matthew McConaughey Workout – This is one of the better Hollywood workouts I’ve seen. Matthew McConaughey’s workout is ideal for anyone who’s willing to work hard to achieve that golden boy/surfer body type. After a few months of this, who knows, you may even look good enough to play the bongos naked.
Rain’s Ninja Assassin Workout – See video clips of the exact exercises Rain used to get into phenomenal shape for his role in Ninja Assassin. This is another example of how to properly train and diet to get the body of an elite fighter, such as the ninja warrior Rain plays in this film.
Jessica Alba Body – Although this blog post isn’t an actual workout, it’s important to read for my female followers, since I breakdown what it takes to sculpt the ideal female waist-to-hip ratio. It’s proven that Jessica Alba has this precise ratio and science backs the automatic sex appeal it gives off.
Jessica Alba Workout – Here’s the Jessica Alba workout and diet routine that got her into incredible shape for some of her biggest movie roles. Alba is proud owner of one of the most desired female celebrity bods in the business.
Megan Fox Workout – This is one of those celebrity workouts thatirritates the living hell out of me. I’m not sure if it was misreported or overgeneralized, but the Megan Fox workout listed on this page is pretty damn generic. So, follow at your own risk.
Christina Hendricks Curvy Goddess – Unlike the longer and much leaner Megan Fox body, Christina is definitely making a strong case for the voluptuous body type. Women and especially mean seem to be digging the Christina Hendricks curve appeal.
Mario Lopez Workout – Has this guy changed a bit since playing AC Slater on Saved By The Bell? I think not. Here’s what I recommend you do to get an ageless body like Mario Lopez. You’re SOL when it comes to the dimples, though…
Bruce Lee Workout – Pound for pound, I’m not sure there’s ever been a stronger guy than Bruce Lee. He was notorious not only for his ripped physique, but also for his amazing feats of sheer strength. His reported training is a little over the top, but hey, I’m not gonna dis on the results Bruce Lee got with his drastic methods.
