Let me show you what current owners have to say about it. By Michael B.,"The machine is great. It took me about 2.5 hours to assemble and the directions are very clear. For me using it is awesome. I am about 220 pounds and 6′ tall and this thing is rock solid. It really does feel just as solid as units I have used at the gym.My wife loves it so far as well. We purchased this because my wife and I both used to run a lot and over the years my wife’s knees have gotten tired of the abuse. She has said repeatedly that using this she has no knee pain and gets a great work out.We both would highly recommend this unit!" Review paraphrased for size – view original here Pros If you are going to work out and burn calories, it is nice to have some tracking of just how you are doing. The E95 gives you a large LCD screen, which includes windows for resistance, time, distance, calorie burn, incline, pulse and heart rate. When you can tell at a glance that you are getting an optimal workout it makes it much easier to soldier on! Are you tall? Many elliptical and treadmills are not really designed to accommodate tall sturdily built people. The Sole Elliptical E95 was built with the larger members of society in mind. It is heavily built which means you will not experience the shake and rattle you find with many similar machines. Customers report that this machine is as close to commercial grade as you can get without actually buying a commercial machine! Quiet and smooth operation is the name of the game when you use the E95. Part of the reason this machine is so smooth is the hefty 30-pound flywheel. In addition, manufacturers incorporated a whisper quiet drive belt system and top end resistance. Cons If you put this machine through the wringer on a daily basis, you will likely experience some noise issues. This was the experience of one customer who, at nearly 400 pounds uses the machine for an hour daily at an extremely high resistance level. They also report however, that Sole was prompt to send out replacement pedals and a spring shim. There was no loss of function just irritating noises! Conclusion All elliptical are not created equally! This is one area where price does tend to indicate to a degree the quality you will receive, but that does not mean you have to break the bank to get a good workout. Choose the Sole elliptical E95 2011 model if you need a strong, quiet machine for a decent price. Also visit my site for other Elliptical Trainers Reviews
