I am looking for a loving home for my pet. Her name is Nala and she is a 4 year old pit bull. Sadly she is no longer a fit for my growing family. She has never had any behavior issues. My baby son will be learning to crawl and walk soon and she is just too excited/high energy to have on the floor with him. Also my wife is very allergic to pet dander.
I have had the pleasure of living with her for the past 2.5 years. She has lived with a miniature dachshund and a chihuahua since I have owned her. With her original owner she lived with another pit bull. She likes to play rough but I have never been worried about her hurting the other dogs. I no longer take her to off leash dog parks because, like I said, she gets excited and plays rough and most other owners get nervous. Totally understandable, so I don't take her. She is house trained very well and I would describe her as very loyal and obedient.
I love my dog very much and this is a very difficult decision for me to make. The love and loyalty my dog has given me has helped me through some difficult times. I do not want any money for her, I just want to know that someone will love and take care of her. I will include a kennel, bed, leash and collar, food and water bowls. I live in Marietta, Georgia. I have included all the details that I think will be helpful. This is a very sincere ad and any help is greatly appreciated.
