Arrival Story:
She was sent to us from a friend when she was 7 ½ years old from Washington State, due to an unpleasant divorce and housing situations she was no longer able to stay in her current accommodations. We agreed to take her and help find her the “RIGHT” Home. We have fallen in Love with her of the past few months but have realized that our lifestyle is not the Best thing for her. My wife and I both work over an hour away from our home, so we are gone 10- 12 hours a day, plus we enjoy going to the gym several times a week, which means leaving her home for even longer by herself locked in a kennel. This is not fair to her nor is it the “RIGHT” lifestyle for her.

Sakari is a happy, playful goof! She is a very large Girl at 75 lbs; crate trained and has successfully completed obedience school. Her breed is called a Native American Indian Dog. (Alaskan Malamute Mix) She is hypoallergenic, which also keeps her from smelling. She is a Sweetheart that loves everyone and everything. She is spayed but would have loved to be a mother. She thinks she is the mother of all puppies she meets. She loves to be outside no matter how hot it is. She also loves to show her affection by flea biting and pawing.
