If easily predicting out-of-pocket copayment costs is important to you, consider the BlueDental Choice Copayment plan, which gives members the ability to predict copayments when visiting in-network* dentists and specialists. As with our other BlueDental Choice plans, out-of-network care is covered. Benefits under this plan are based on a coinsurance percentage when care is received by an out-of-network dentist. In addition, the dentist may bill for the difference between the BlueDental Choice copayment fee schedule and his or her charges.
