I just got a pctv systems HD stick 801e USB PC Tuner. The analog video is jittery and horrible. The digital (clearQAM HD) is perfect. When I watch the same channels on regular TV they look fine. This is a Windows 7 machine, problem is the same using the bundled TVCenter or Windows Media Center.
