Silver Compact with Copper Colour Band

This is a lovely Solid Silver Oblong Shaped Compact. It has an attractive engine turned decoration covering the whole body with an added copper coloured decorative scroll engraved pattern on the front. It is gilt inside and comes complete with it original mesh pad and oblong shaped powder puff which is pink on one side. The rectangular shaped mirror is surrounded by an engine turned silver border. It is of a good quality and is made from a good guage of silver

Dimensions: 3 inches long, 2.25 inches wide and it is 3/8 inch thick. It is weighs 3.7/8 oz (112g)

Condition: It is in lovely condition

Remarks: This really is a very nice good quality solid silver compact and being rectangular in shape makes it different to the more usual circular compacts which would make it a must for any collector. It would also be an impressive compact for daily use that could be carried around in any handbag. A lovely item not to be missed
