If your phone allows GPRS data processing, you can use it to get updated traffic information via TomTom's subscription-based PLUS service.
Rapid, reliable guidance with customizable maps
Text-to-speech voice prompts announce actual street names, so you can concentrate on the road instead of the screen. You can even record your own voice to deliver the basic prompts. The GO 920 also understands voice prompts you've entered for frequently visited addresses, so you can get to your destination without having to touch the screen. TomTom's new positioning technology keeps you on track, even when satellite contact is lost temporarily.
TomTom's MapShare software lets you fix map inaccuracies on the spot, instead of waiting for the next update. You can edit speed limits, points of interest, street names and directions, and more right on your navigator. TomTom allows you to report the error directly to them online and choose to share the fix with other TomTom users. TomTom verifies all changes and you can import edits made by others to your navigator. Plan trips and keep in touch with other TomTom users with TomTom's free HOME software suite.
