Danish West Coast Houses
The west coast of Jutland is definitely a family destination. There are so many beautiful beaches, fantastic nature areas and the famous LEGOLAND, certainly not to be missed.
The many museums in West Jutland outline history all the way back to prehistory, the Viking times and the hard life of the west coast over the centuries.
Wherever you go in West Jutland, you’ll see churches, farms, nice old harbor towns which the old inhabitants of Denmark have left behind.
It can indeed be said that West Jutland has a very rich culture.
Visit cities such as Holstebro, Ringkøbing, Hvide Sande, Henne / Blåvand and of course Esbjerg for a variety of cultural attractions.

You should not miss the natural beauty here during your visit. Regardless of your plans during your stay, you won’t be able to let the scenery pass you by. There are endless possibilities to do whatever you like in or by the water; the West Jutland fjords are ideal for people who love calmer waters, and the Skallingen Peninsula is also a favorite spot for its seals.
In many places in West Jutland there are large protected areas in the vicinity of fjords. There is the Tipperne bird preserve in the Ringkøbing Fjord, where many bird species nest and where, every spring and autumn, millions of birds gather to go north or south.

West Jutland is a true paradise for the sport enthusiast. In addition to the many possibilities for golfing, fishing and sailing, the fjords are enormously popular with wind surfers due to the high waves and the shallow water.
The wide beaches are ideal for all kinds of beach sport, such as bowling, horseback riding, walking, flying kites, volleyball and swimming.
If you’d like fish for dinner, why don’t you go out and catch it yourself? You can go out to sea with a fish cutter or cast your line out from the pier or the beach, or in the interior at the fjords, lakes or the special “Put & Take” fishing lakes.
