This chalet of approx 90 m2 was built in 1999 in a traditional style, on the church square in the centre of the old village Saint-Martin de Belleville in France, within 100m from the slopes.

The 3 balconies of the chalet and garden offers beautiful view over the old town in the valley and over the mountains. The living room has a pleasant sitting corner around a fireplace, where you can relax wonderfully after a day in the mountains.

The chalet Pepe Martin is suitable for 10 persons. The area of Saint-Martin/Les Menuires (160kmslopes) belongs to the area of Les 3 Vallées (600 km slopes, 1450 - 3200m high) which has a specially favourable climate.
