$1,000 Leadership Bonuses are earned at each increase of 6 active RTAs in your power team. You will receive a $1,000 Bonus once your Power Team reaches 6 active RTAs, and another bonus when your Power Team reaches 12 active RTAs, and again at 18, 24 and 30. After achieving your 5th $1,000 Leadership Bonus this cycle will start over. Your next Leadership Bonus will only require you to have 6 "new" active RTAs in your power team, and then 12, 18, 24 and 30. RTAs from your previous set of Leadership Bonuses will be set aside and will not count against your current progress! |
This is just one of the benefits of YTB (Your Travel Biz).
To get into your Power Team all you do is get 6 RTA's (Referring Travel Agents) on your team. Then the Bonuses (above) begin.

$10,000 Dream Bonuses are earned when you have 100 active RTAs in your power team. You can earn as many Dream Bonuses as you like. Your next Dream Bonus will required you to gain 100 "new" active RTAs in your power team however RTAs from previous bonuses will be set aside and will not count against your current progress! |
