" Rid Yourself of Painful Acid Reflux, Heartburn & GERD"
Here's why you get acid reflux...
You see, right at the top of your stomach is a circular muscle called the lower esophageal sphincter (LES for short).
Its job is to open up to allow food to enter the stomach when we swallow, and close up once the food has passed through. This action prevents the acid in your stomach from backing up into your esophagus (refluxing).
For frequent sufferers of Acid Reflux the LES works abnormally, by either not closing fully after swallowing or opening at the wrong times. This allows acid from the stomach to leak into the esophagus... where it doesn't belong and can cause damage to the delicate tissues lining your gullet.
For some, acid is regurgitated into the lungs, causing a cough or wheezing and increasing the risk of lung scarring.
Acid reflux in the throat can cause recurring sore throats and if acid reaches the mouth, it can dissolve the enamel on your teeth and give you bad breath...
But that's not the worst of it...Click here to read more.
