Many years ago a neighbor of mine gave me some of her homemade chocolate fudge. It was so creamy and rich I had to get the recipe. She had no problem handing it over to me. She said from now on I can make it for her and deliver it to her house. Be careful what you ask for. There could be more to it then just the reward of attaining what you wanted. I had no idea it made 4 Lbs of fudge.

This recipe is so simple your children can make it for you. Of course, only if they are allowed to use the stove top with out you being present.
