Return Policy:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your product , provided it is in unused condition, and it is within 1 business days, after you have receive our merchandise. Customers can email us @ terrellsretail@mn.rr.com for RA# .All merchandise returned or exchanged will be subject to a 20% restocking fee less the shipping charges. Shipping and handling on return merchandise will not be refunded or covered by us. All returns must have a RA # (return authorization number) from us to be accepted.

-All items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, and accessories.

- All return without a RA # will not be accepted and return to customer.

- Customers have 3 business days to return merchandise to us, when they receive the Return Authorization Number.

-Unspecified mean we have remove the price, because the item at sometime sold out. Customers can email us to see if the product is back in stock.

- How do I track my packages that have been shipped?

A: After our business day ends, we will email your tracking numbers by email.
