For years people have been getting duped by deceptive advertising from big acne corps about how acne is caused by dirty skin and not having pores that are 'clear' ... this is all nonsense. Acne is caused by internal factors. In particular it's caused by an overproduction of oil. Vilantae is effective because it "sets your oil glands on low" ... ie it stops acne at it's source which is the only way to treat acne successfully. you cannot treat it once it's already reached the skin! by then it is way too late.
