The ground floor has a large living / dining room with cable TV, radio, dining table, chairs and settees. There is a lovely terrace here with views of the sea and mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, iron and ironing board. There is a downstairs cloakroom/toilet. There is an en-suite shower on the second floor and a full bathroom.

This urbanisation is ideal for those requiring privacy, being securely gated with a door entry intercom system.

As the house is situated close to all the amenities of Nerja car hire is not necessary although if you wish to explore further afield the property would make an ideal base. The house sleeps six although should extra accomodation be needed one of the settees downstairs converts to a double bed.
A welcome pack, bed linen and towels will be provided for your arrival but please bring your own beach towels.
