Stunning, contemporary, spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with private pool overlooking Nerja and the coast, fully air conditioned, various large terraces with high quality garden furniture, located just west of Nerja. Within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars.
The villa is situated towards the west of Nerja, located in an elevated position. Build on three levels, this spacious villa can accommodate up to 10 people. Access is via a solid wooden entrance door, onto a spacious hall way, with cloak room. The lounge / dining room and kitchen are open plan, with doors to the garden and terraces and pool area. A south facing ‘conservatory’ with glass curtains over al fresco dining as well as sun all day during the winter. There are various seating areas on the different terraces and balconies as well as on the lawn. The first floor comprises two double bedrooms with built in wardrobes, side tables, air conditioning, door to the balcony with seating area. Two en –suite bathrooms, one with full size bath and overhead shower, the other with a walk in shower. From the terraces a spiral stair case leads to the roof terrace offering 360º views.
The basement comprises of one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a childrens bedroom with staggered bunk beds and a single bedroom with en-suite shower room as well as a large lounge area.
