This four bedroom villa is situated in the countryside above Nerja, access is along the road that runs parallel to the river bed and a private surfaced track and it is approximately four kilometres from the centre of Nerja.

Once inside the spacious grounds there is ample parking for several cars, the villa is completely surrounded by a terrace that has views of Nerja, the coast and in the opposite direction, across the motorway to the local mountain range. The pool (8x4 meters) is situated to the left of the villa and is surrounded by lawn, making it ideal for sunbathing. There is a large covered BBQ area with fridge, sink and large dining table and chairs.
At the entrance to the villa there is a huge covered terrace equipped with table and chairs ideal for dining al fresco.
Once inside the villa you arrive directly into a large lounge with comfortable sofas and traditional furnishings, dining table and chairs, wood burning stove for the cooler months and air conditioning plus satellite TV.
The kitchen is separated from the lounge by an American bar and archway and is fitted with modern units and is well equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and all modern conveniences.
There are a total of three bedrooms on this level all of which are very spacious and furnished in a traditional style, two twin rooms one with fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning and a large double room with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
All three bedrooms share a large bathroom with corner bath / shower, hand basin , toilet and bidet.
Steps outside lead to the first floor of the villa where there is a further large terrace and the entrance to a separate small apartment. This has its own lounge with satellite TV, wood burner and air conditioning, a mini kitchen with ceramic hob and fridge.
There is a spacious double room with fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning. This fourth bedroom and accommodation is deal for extended family, offering privacy with all the facilities of the main house.
