Horses are very happy and well cared for & watched over closely.
We are in Orange no street crossing to the trails- we're nestled between Irvine Park and Santiago Park and Peters Canyon the most amazing endless trails in Orange ! very fun place to be. We personally do all the feeding and cleaning and all the care.
Description
Cleaning feeding three times a day (splitting 2 flakes into three meals)
board includes alfalfa hay
We don't have a fly problem as we are pretty diligent about keeping the areas where the horses are, which saves the horse's owner the cost of fly spray saves the horse from chemical's sprayed on them.
If the sun is really bright we will fly mask for the protection of their eyes (horse owner supplies)
we grain the horses (supplied by horse’s owner)
if your horse requires medication or special treatment for a illness & your unable to do it- we will, but it is time consumming there will be a charge for that.
we blanket during bad weather (supplied by horse’s owner)
During the summer horses sleep outside where it’s cool
During winter horses sleep inside the barn away from the rain and wind (horse owner is responsible for providing fresh bedding during the winter) we clean and maintain the winter barn stalls-enabling the owner more time with their horse
all horses are turned out every day in a large arena no horse stands in a stall during the day)
We do not have a working arena-however Sully Miller Horse arena is close by-this is perfect for trail horses-not idea for arena show horses
No other animals are allowed on premises as we have a barn Parrott, Border Collies and a small but mighty poodle on the property-we discourage small children on the property, but older children are welcome.

We don't have a curfew-or anydays that you cant be with your horse- there is a private driveway to the barn & plenty of parking.
