We provide an "Evidence Based" program recognized and appoved by the Los Angeles Superior Court, Department of Probation, Department of Children and Family Services and the State of California. We are "Certified Anger Management Facilitators" providing group or individual classes. For teenagers we have adolescent groups and individual sessions available. Adult sessions for men and women with convenient evening classes that are forming weekly. Self referred clients are welcome. Using a non-judgemental approach to identify negative and positive behavior patterns is a core part of the class. Teaching new communication skills, anger control techniques, stress management and emotional intelligence help our clients learn to identify and redirect negative angry behavior to a positive form of communication.

We have two (2) convenient locations to serve you! We have classes available on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday night at our Mission Hills, CA location just a few minutes from the 405,118 or 5 freeway. This is a great locatioin with free parking for commuters. Our Valencia, CA location offers classes on Saturday & Sunday and is conveniently located just off the 5 freeway at The Old Road and also offers free parking. Both offices are centrally located and are convenient for commuters from the San Fernando, Santa Clarita Valley, Simi Valley and Antelope Valley areas.
