Is some kind of special proposal put together or what. I’m in the process of starting my blog, but i need revenue coming in before hand. So any information on the subject will suffice.

As your blog gets more popular you will receive a Google Page Rank, as your page rank increases and your traffic increases you can then start contacting potential advertisers. The best way is to look at the advertisers who are on similar to blogs like yours. Remember content is key to getting the best advertisers.
