- Voicemail- Each extension is given a voicemail box allowing callers to leave messages when an employee is busy or unavailable. Employees have ability to record a busy message and away message.
- Extensions - Every phone will have an extension, enabling for free and unlimited extension to extension dialing regardless of geographical location. As long as the user has an internet connection a phone can be plugged in anywhere in the world and virtually be connected to the office.
- Ring Group/Hunt Group - Ability to ring multiple extensions simultaneously or via a unique ring pattern.
- Conference Room - Allows multiple callers to speak with one another via a special access code or phone number. An excellent communication solution for employees and clients.
- Time Conditions - Ability to route calls to different destinations depending on time of day and/or
day of the week. - Find Me Follow Me - A feature that allows a person’s extension to route their calls through a defined list of numbers or extension. The numbers/extensions may be called simultaneously or sequentially.
- Failover Conditions - Ability to failover a call to a different feature when certain criteria are met (such as exceeding a specified duration of time). Failover is available for the waiting room and ring group features.
- Call Waiting - Ability to receive multiple incoming calls on a given extension by placing the current call on hold and answering the other.
- Call Forwarding - Ability to temporarily forward a call to another extension or phone number unconditionally, when busy, when do not disturb is activated or when unavailable.
