We are looking for a renter who is interested in renting an RV / trailer space on a month to month basis on our property. Property is located on 5 private gated acres in Oregon House. You must have your own RV or trailer. The site offers water, sewer and electricity. You pay metered electricity and manage your own propane needs. Must have own transportation, be employed or can show proof of income. No pets please. Rent may be negotiable with help on the property. We are located two miles from Collins Lake, 20 minutes from New Bullards Bar Dam, 23 miles from Maryville, 33 miles from Grass Valley.
We are two older people, quiet, no drugs, alcohol and looking for someone similar.
