made up of 6 dynamic warm-up stretches, 6 resistance exercises,
short-burst cardio intervals and 6 cool-down stretches.
Each beginner workout lasts 30 to 40 minutes and will be repeated 3
times a week for 3 weeks. At the end of 3 weeks, move on to the next
beginner workout. All 3 beginner workouts will take 9 weeks to complete. Being part of a group of like-minded people is always a bonus for any
