Our Holiday Apartment is part of the Flamingo Country Club complex. We are please to offer extensive, five star facilities including Golf course and Tennis court, Spa & Fitness Centre and water slides, 19 pools and 4 clubhouses. In the local area you have Gulluk close by with its quaint harvour and fish resturants and Bodrum with its vibrant cosmopolitan marina area.
At Flamingo Country Club, the private Artev Beach is an extension of our holiday home. It's just perfect for swimming and snorkelling in the turquoise waters, sipping sunset cocktails at the bar while soaking up the fantastic view of the Gulf of Gulluk.

For extended families there are two bedrooms and a 2 seater sofa bed in a livingroom. The master en-suite bedroom includes double bed and a wardrobe got views overlooking the pool and the sea. Futher twin bedroom is with a small balcony and easy access to a family bathroom.Other furnishings in the appartment include a coffee table, dining table with four chairs, plus a 32' satellite flatscreen TV, with a selection of family and chlldrens dvds.
With the hustle and bustle of holiday shopping, parties and festive traditions, healthy eating and exercise are usually the last things on our minds, but no this time. Our fully equipped kitchen means that you can cook for the entire family during your holiday. There are many choices of shops and supermarkets, all within walking distance from the complex. Some of them are open 24/7.

More than anything else kids want to be in the water. On a Family Holiday with young children, swimming pools and water slides are almost essential. Just a few steps away from our private garden you can enjoy our swimming pool. We have a separate pool for small children, and massive swimming pool for adults. You can enjoy this fabulous view from our patio and the same keeping eye on your children. We are sure you will love it.
